What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering accounting, tax, and business advisory services
  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and group reporting (including consolidations)
  • Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting on-site as required
  • Provide practical, commercially focused advice to support client decision-making
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to their development and performance
  • Work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality client outcomes

What you’ll bring

  • CA or CPA qualified with 4+ years’ experience in Business Advisory Services
  • Strong technical accounting and tax capability, including exposure to complex client work
  • A commercial mindset and ability to provide practical client advice
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
