Responsibilities:

  • Lead team to conduct primary and secondary search, do data compilation and analysis together with the consultants.
  • Brainstorm and source for marketing ideas, involve in development of marketing strategies and plans, implement marketing activities.
  • Support in project operations and management including liaising with the relevant stakeholders and partners.
  • Coach and mentor team members including on the job training and timely performance review.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Brand consultancy or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Able to multi-task and have a strong capability to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be a collaborative team player, who takes initiative and possesses flexibility.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Outspoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-oriented and commercially focused, confident, extremely well-organised and can analyse and make things happen, and work effectively in a highly motivated environment.
