As a Digital Consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating, analysing, and optimising business processes to drive digital transformation and change. You will work closely with digital technology vendors, clients and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, execute digitalisation and automation, and help your clients achieve efficiency gains and future-proof their business. Your experience in digital technologies and business processes will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their strategic objectives.
Key Skills- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in analyzing data from various sources, interpreting trends, and deriving meaningful insights to inform digital decisions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically and think ahead for any potential roadblocks.
- Analytical, logical and adaptable mindset: Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in challenging situations with changing priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Quick to understand digital technologies, tools, and platforms relevant to the industry, including some knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee digital transformation initiatives from start to finish.
