Associate / Senior Associate (Deal Advisory)

Job Description & Requirements:

BDO Deal Advisory meets regional and local business\’ needs with provision of services including:

• Restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments
• Valuing businesses, joint ventures and equity interests, and specific assets such as intangible assets like trademarks, customer relationships, and financial instruments
• Business planning and decision support
• Support for tax planning and advisory
• Expert witness for litigation support
• Financial reporting

We are constantly seeking for dedicated talents to join our practice. To be part of our team, you should possess:

• Degree in Accounting / ACCA/ CPA Australia or equivalent qualification recognised by ISCA
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience for Senior Associate Position
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong analytical & evaluation skills and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Well verse in a second language will be an added advantage
