– £31,000 basic salary including car allowance, financial guarantees for 6 months, pension, bonus & commission, uncapped commission with an OTE of £40,000

Opportunities for career progression Mortgage Advisor Summary: We are seeking an experienced home-based remortgage Advisor to join our well-established client, covering the London area.
As a Remortgage Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping our existing loyal clients achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice and guidance on remortgage solutions.
You will be responsible for generating and maintaining your own client relationships, maximizing opportunities, and thriving within a challenging yet stimulating environment.
Our client will pre-qualify and book into your diary between 8-10 leads per week, all of which are existing clients of the mortgage broker firm.
Essential Skills and Qualifications: CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing professional mortgage and protection advice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and gain their trust.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities: Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
Meet with clients to understand their financial situation, mortgage history, and reasons for wanting to remortgage.
Assess the client’s current mortgage terms and conditions.
Analyse the client’s financial situation to determine their affordability and eligibility for a remortgage.
Review credit reports and other financial documents to assess the client’s creditworthiness.
Stay informed about the current mortgage market, interest rates, and products offered by different lenders.
Compare various mortgage deals to find the most suitable options for clients.
Offer personalised advice based on the client’s financial situation and goals.
Explain the advantages and disadvantages of remortgaging and discuss potential risks.
Assist clients with the mortgage application process, including gathering necessary documentation.
Liaise with lenders on behalf of clients to facilitate a smooth application process.
Negotiate with lenders to secure favourable terms and conditions for the remortgage.
Work to obtain the best interest rates and mortgage terms for the client.
Ensure that all advice provided, and transactions conducted comply with relevant financial regulations and laws.
Help clients understand the legal aspects of remortgaging, including any associated fees.
Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the remortgage process.
Address any concerns or questions clients may have.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Ensure that all required documentation is complete and filed appropriately.
Stay updated on changes in the mortgage industry, regulations, and market trends.
Pursue continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
