Careys is recruiting experienced Traffic Marshals / Vehicle Banksmen to join our team on a major civil engineering project in Sheffield (S9). The role is a contract/temporary position, based onsite in Sheffield, Yorkshire, within the Construction (Trades & Labour) department.

Responsibilities:
- Safely direct and control the movement of vehicles, plant and delivery across the site.
- Guide HGVs and construction plant using recognised vehicle banksman signals and procedures.
- Maintain pedestrian segregation and ensure safe access routes are always in place.
- Monitor site access and egress points, ensuring all vehicle movements comply with site traffic management plans.
- Work closely with logistics teams, site management and operatives to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Qualifications:
- Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman Qualification.
- CSCS Card.
- Previous construction or civil engineering experience.
- Strong awareness of site safety requirements.
Desirable:
- Experience on major infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with logistics compounds.
- First Aid certification.
- Safety Critical Medical knowledge.
