We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Engineer to join our delivery teams and gain hands‑on experience working on live construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced engineers, develop practical skills, and build a long‑term career in civil engineering.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting Site and Project Engineers with setting out, surveys and as‑built records using modern engineering instruments
  • Learning how to work with materials, plant, temporary works and quality procedures on site
  • Assisting with health, safety, environmental and quality checks, method statements and risk assessments
  • Developing an understanding of project costs, testing requirements, and contract specifications
  • Building strong communication skills while working with site teams, supervisors and managers

What You Will Bring

  • Good numeracy and measurement skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Basic Excel and IT skills and clear written and verbal communication
  • A positive, professional and eager‑to‑learn attitude
  • GCSEs, A Levels, T Levels or NVQ Level 3 (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence – essential
  • CSCS card (desirable)
