We’re seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our team delivering a high-profile major civil engineering project. This is an exciting opportunity to take on real responsibility, working at the heart of project delivery alongside experienced engineers and leadership teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification, supporting technical coordination, programme delivery, and quality across the project.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinating site engineering activities and liaising with clients, designers, and subcontractors
- Managing technical compliance, setting out, and construction information
- Monitoring progress against programme, cost, and quality targets
- Supporting procurement, logistics, and material management
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Ensuring robust health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
What You Will Bring
- Experience on major civils / infrastructure projects
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator who can work across multidisciplinary teams
- HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
