Job Description / Responsibility
Hassle Free Education is a leading student consultancy firm specializing in providing guidance and support for higher education in the UK, USA, Canada, Malta, and Finland. We assist students in securing admission to top universities, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free application process. Our mission is to provide students with the best opportunities for education abroad, all while making the process affordable and accessible.
Working Hours:
- The Office working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (UK Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with prospective students and clients, providing detailed information about study abroad opportunities.
- Assist the UK office in managing student enrollments and the admission process.
- Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries efficiently, converting them into confirmed applications.
- Track and manage student documentation and application progress.
- Work according to UK office timings and maintain smooth communication with the team.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
- Address student queries promptly and provide problem-solving support.
- Students select the right courses and programs based on their academic background and career goals.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding student visa applications and other related immigration matters.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Candidates who are currently enrolled as undergraduate students, including those in their 2nd year, 3rd year or Honors Program, are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with IELTS certification will be given preference during the selection process.
- Skills Required: Customer Relations, Student Counseling, Student Visa Processing, Student Consultancy, Problem solving and decision making, Fluent in English Speaking, Sales Executive, Computer Literacy Fluency in English speaking and writing
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be fluent in English with strong communication and conversational skills.
- Candidates with an IELTS score of 6.0 or above will be given preference.
