Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (UK Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective students and clients, providing detailed information about university study opportunities.
- Support the UK office in managing student recruitment, enrollments, and the admissions process.
- Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries efficiently and convert them into confirmed applications.
- Track and manage student documentation and monitor application progress.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with the UK office team.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
- Respond promptly to student queries and provide effective problem-solving support.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses and programs based on their academic background and career objectives.
