Having warm, safe, and well‑maintained homes is one of our customer's top priorities. To do this, we need to manage lots of information and communicate effectively. We need two Asset Management Administrators to join our team to ensure that both responsive repairs and planned maintenance are carried out effectively.

The role involves coordinating between teams, contractors, and suppliers to help deliver services that meet high standards and keep everything compliant and on track through to completion and invoicing. • Holiday purchase scheme – buy up to an additional 5 days holiday per year
  • Holiday buy back scheme – bdht will buy up to 10 days holiday back from staff
