The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are looking for three Multi Skilled Tradespersons to work within the repairs team and deliver an excellent repairs service to both internal and external customers. If you’re a skilled tradesperson with a passion for improving homes and helping customers live safely and comfortably, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this role, you will take a flexible approach to meet customer needs, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times to provide an excellent service experience. You will take full responsibility for diagnosing and completing repairs to the highest standard, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit wherever possible. Working closely with schedulers, you will ensure all actions are communicated and completed efficiently, while focusing on delivering sustainable repairs that prevent repeat issues. You will also carry out void works to the required standards, ensuring properties are ready for occupation.

You will have proven experience and skills of working as a multi-skilled tradesperson, across multiple trade areas along with demonstrable experience in a base trade of Plumbing or Carpentry. You will need to have a working knowledge of health and safety and the ability to use / learn mobile software. Experience of completing damp and mould treatments and associated works is desirable. An NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Carpentry or equivalent qualification would be desirable. Applicants must hold a current valid driving licence. You will be provided with a works van, uniform and £200 tool allowance to maintain and build your own stock of tools. This post requires that the job holder is subject to a DBS check at a Basic level.
