About the role
We now have an opportunity for a Governance Officer to play a vital role in supporting the effective delivery of corporate governance across the organisation. Working closely with the Governance Manager and leadership team, you will help ensure that board and committee activities run smoothly, providing high-quality administrative and governance support that contributes to the achievement of organisational objectives. In this varied role, you will coordinate board, committee, executive and customer panel meetings, preparing agendas, reports and meeting papers, attending meetings, producing accurate minutes and managing action trackers. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure timely reporting and support board members and senior leaders in the effective discharge of their responsibilities.
