Are you passionate about retail and merchandising, already have some experience, and want to combine your expertise with modern technology? Then you’ve come to the right place! We are looking for consultants with a passion for retail, assortments, and processes, who are eager to contribute their knowledge to exciting client projects while working with one of the leading planning and analytics platform, Board.

Note - the day-to-day of this role is configuring and building reports in Software.

Tasks
  • Advise our retail clients on the implementation and enhancement of Board solutions for merchandising (MFP, WSSI, Range and Assortment, Allocation and Replenishment, Pricing and Promotions), planning & performance management.
  • Analyse retail business processes (e.g. category management, assortment planning, pricing) and translate them into smart, technology-driven solutions.
  • Facilitate client workshops, develop concepts, and implement them hands-on with our team.
  • Act as a sparring partner for our clients: bringing in your practical experience and combining it with best practices from other projects.
  • Support the creation of prototypes, reports, and dashboards that deliver real value in day-to-day business.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in a retail environment, e.g., as a merchandiser, category manager, business analyst or consultant.
  • Passion for retail & technology.
  • Some experience with BI, planning or analytics solutions is a plus, but not a must.
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs and processes (e.g., sales performance, stock management, assortment performance).
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex topics into practical solutions.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and interest in learning Board and other tools.
