BDBC is looking for an Associate Vice President to join our award-winning and fast-growing performance PR agency.
Salary Range: $115,000 – $135,000

This is a full-time position. It is also fully remote, however we do follow the standard Mon-Fri / 9-5 work schedule (EST).

We work collaboratively with our clients to craft pitches that editors actually want to see, and secure placements in top tier publications that drive direct sales and increase brand awareness. About the position
The Associate Vice President will work directly alongside the CEO, and help to manage an incredibly talented and dedicated eight-person team. In a nutshell: your job will be to draw on your years of experience and hard-earned expertise to help our staff do the best work they’re capable of doing.
- Aiding in pitch ideation and execution
- Aiding in target identification and communication strategy
- Helping to manage client relationships
- Devising and implementing internal training initiatives
- Devising and implementing internal incentivization initiatives
- Generating leads

About you
- You’re a fashion/lifestyle PR pro, with at least seven years experience and an in-depth understanding of the current PR landscape.
- You have successfully improved employee performance while maintaining (or improving) employee morale.
- You have a long list of tier 1 media contacts.
- You’re an excellent writer.
- You understand how affiliate programs work.
- You’re a born problem solver and able to think outside-of-the-box.
- You have excellent bedside manner in all staff and client interactions.
- You have excellent communications skills.
- You are extremely detail oriented.
- You are great at time management and meeting deadlines.
- You take the work more seriously than you take yourself.
- You work well on your own, but are not too embarrassed or proud to ask for help when needed.
- You are looking for a position you can make your own at a company you can grow with.
