As a Marketing Operations Coordinator you will support the delivery of marketing operations across the UCC portfolio, with a focus on localisation, content management, and Veeva Vault processes. It ensures marketing materials are delivered efficiently, meet compliance standards, and reflect regional requirements. The position works closely with marketing teams and external partners to coordinate projects from planning through to delivery. There is also involvement in supporting regional marketing events, with occasional travel as needed across EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of localisation, translation, and Veeva Vault processes, ensuring timely delivery
- Support project planning by defining timelines, scope, and resource requirements, and tracking progress against milestones
- Maintain accurate project documentation to support compliance, audit readiness, and traceability
- Prepare and manage marketing materials for review, approval, and validation in line with governance requirements
- Manage localisation workflows within Veeva Vault, ensuring smooth progression through approval stages
- Maintain a central repository of marketing materials to ensure accuracy and version control
- Develop and manage tracking tools and reports to monitor delivery status, risks, and progress
- Provide support for regional marketing events, including logistics, materials preparation, and on-site coordination when required
Preferred Requirements
- Experience supporting marketing operations, project coordination, or content management
- Familiarity with approval processes and regulated environments; exposure to Veeva Vault is beneficial
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Clear communication skills, with experience working across different teams and regions
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance in all deliverables

Salary range for the role: £30,000 to £34,000
