Overview
Territory Manager, Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) – East Midlands & East Anglia. Manage the Becton Dickinson (BD) APM portfolio across East Anglia & East Midlands, focusing on maintaining current key customers and developing new sales opportunities within the BD APM therapies.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the main point of contact within the region, using an understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology to advise customers on the appropriate use of BD APM products.
- Builds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with customers (e.g., anaesthesiologists, surgeons, business managers, referrers and other influencers within the NHS) to position BD APM solutions.
- Leverages senior-level customer contacts and BD colleagues to achieve success.
- Supports current accounts while developing and closes new business opportunities; identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets and leads execution of short- and long-term regional plans.
About You / Qualifications
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Sales experience within the medical devices industry or relevant clinical experience with a commercial mindset.
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate management levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits
Salary range for the role: £45,000 – £60,000 + bonus + benefits. Salary Range Information: £42,000.00 – £71,400.00 GBP Annual.
Work Arrangement
