BD is seeking a driven and collaborative Territory Manager - Medication Preparation and Delivery to drive continuous development within their assigned territory while actively contributing to the broader strategic growth of the business. Main responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and market share of the BD Medication Preparation & Delivery (MP&D) Portfolio, including IV sets, Needlefree Connectors, Hypodermic and core products.
- Engage across all areas of the hospital—from ward-level to leadership—to drive successful implementation and growth of the BD Medication Preparation & Delivery (MP&D) portfolio.
- Leverage clinical and product knowledge to advance sales opportunities aligned with customer needs.
- Understand customer needs and drivers to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships, positioning BD as the partner of choice.
- Proactively develop and implement territory plan for sustainable, long-term sales success, reviewing and altering in line with BD MP&D strategy & direction.
