Main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead customer interactions, delivering exceptional service and building confidence and loyalty.
  • Manage patient account records, ensuring accurate orders aligned with clinical needs and service standards.
  • Develop, follow, and maintain departmental work processes and procedures, ensuring full compliance with IG/GDPR regulations.
  • Engage proactively with patients and healthcare professionals to enhance clinical outcomes while ethically promoting BD products.
  • Drive improvement initiatives to boost patient satisfaction, engagement, and commercial success.
  • Champion company culture, positively influencing team behavior and collaboration.
  • Plan and execute ethical promotional campaigns to optimize BD product mix and meet success metrics.
  • Support product launches in collaboration with Marketing.
