Main responsibilities will include:
- Lead customer interactions, delivering exceptional service and building confidence and loyalty.
- Manage patient account records, ensuring accurate orders aligned with clinical needs and service standards.
- Develop, follow, and maintain departmental work processes and procedures, ensuring full compliance with IG/GDPR regulations.
- Engage proactively with patients and healthcare professionals to enhance clinical outcomes while ethically promoting BD products.
- Drive improvement initiatives to boost patient satisfaction, engagement, and commercial success.
- Champion company culture, positively influencing team behavior and collaboration.
- Plan and execute ethical promotional campaigns to optimize BD product mix and meet success metrics.
- Support product launches in collaboration with Marketing.
