As a Material Handler, you will play an important role in supporting Finished Goods Warehouse operations, helping to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials through sterilisation and distribution processes. Reporting to the Warehouse Leader, you will contribute to maintaining product flow, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where safety, quality, and teamwork are at the heart of everything you do. You will work with material handling equipment, support warehouse operations, and help maintain a well-organised workplace while ensuring compliance with site procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Move materials safely and efficiently throughout warehouse, sterilisation, and distribution operations.
  • Supply pre-sterile finished goods to the sterilisation area using approved handling methods and equipment.
  • Build, scan, and prepare loads in line with warehouse processes and operational requirements.
  • Load finished products into containers and ensure accurate handling of goods.
  • Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate records using warehouse systems.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including a Counterbalance Forklift Truck, in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Support housekeeping, cleaning, and 5S activities to maintain a safe and organised working environment.
  • Follow all quality, safety, operational, and radiological protection requirements at all times.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, production, or manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills with experience using systems such as SAP or similar inventory management platforms.
  • Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence or willingness to undertake training to obtain required certifications.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Clear communication skills and a flexible approach to supporting changing operational priorities.
