As a Clinical Implementation Manager, you will have a key role in transforming clinical practice and promoting better patient outcomes. Main Responsibilities
- Develop and lead focused process improvement initiatives to ensure positive hospital system adoption of processes and products, demonstrating improved patient outcomes.
- Serve as an expert resource to both internal and external collaborators, providing critical input based on direct clinician interactions and relationships.
- Partner with leadership to develop strategies and drive the utilisation of multiple program initiations across different hospital systems.
- Research data, collaborate with data experts, set strategies for important measures, and present findings to interested parties.
- Continuously improve training curriculum, materials, and tools, aligning with clinical trials, BD guidelines, and SOPs.
- Manage and perform other incidental duties as assigned.

- A proven track record in clinical implementation or a similar role.
