As an Inside Sales Representative, you will own and grow a diverse set of specialist portfolios within our Peripheral Intervention division. The role spans multiple therapies and geographies, balancing commercial delivery with continuity of care for customers and patients. You will confidently manage complex priorities, work independently within a matrix environment, and contribute directly to sustainable growth across the UK and Ireland, with a specific focus on Scotland.
Responsibilities
- Full accountability for revenue, forecasting accuracy, pricing activity, tenders, and contract alignment across several specialist portfolios.
- Planning and delivery of tailored portfolio and territory strategies that support business growth and customer continuity.
- Active management of cardiovascular fabrics and felts across the UK and Ireland, including demand planning, product discussions, and national customer engagement.
- Dedicated inside‑led sales coverage for vascular access and drainage solutions across Scotland using virtual meetings, calls, campaigns, and demonstrations.
- Operational lead for brachytherapy accounts across the UK and Ireland, acting as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day business needs.
- Commercial and clinical engagement with healthcare professionals and procurement teams to support appropriate product use and service delivery.
- Data analysis and insight generation to guide planning, pipelines, and forecasting.
- Risk management related to supply, backorders, and service disruption to protect patient services.

- Background in inside or field sales within the medical device sector, ideally supported by degree‑level education.
- Ability to manage multiple, unrelated portfolios while maintaining focus and delivery.
- Confidence holding detailed clinical conversations across different specialties.
