Job Description Summary

As Inside Sales Representative you will play an essential role increasing our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will devote much of your time to the phone with prospective customers, collaborating with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing deals.

About the Role

As Inside Sales Representative you will:

  • Source new opportunities and customers through outbound calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and how our products improve patient care.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Manage quotations and renewals on time, ensuring operational excellence.

About You

  • Inside sales or field sales experience in the medical device industry (2–3 years desirable).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self‑motivated, driven to succeed, and willing to learn.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary and Benefits

£33,000 to £35,000 + bonus + benefits.

We require a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week. Remote or field‑based positions may have different arrangements.
