Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver in-person and virtual events across Europe, ensuring smooth logistics and memorable experiences
  • Coordinate trade shows, summits, and internal meetings that reflect the brand’s values and vision
  • Manage digital events and webinars, using the latest platforms to engage diverse audiences
  • Align event planning with wider marketing and sales initiatives to create a consistent customer journey
  • Oversee event communications, including social media, email, and web content
  • Handle contracts, budgets, and logistics with accuracy and care, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
  • Track event performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Support shipping and on-site logistics, including occasional heavy lifting and weekend work

Qualifications

  • Experienced in organising both physical and digital events across multiple regions
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and a calm approach under pressure
  • Skilled communicator who builds strong working relationships with ease
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and familiar with digital event tools
  • Willing to travel across Europe and support events outside standard hours when needed
  • Bonus: Knowledge of European languages or a degree in a relevant field

£30.000 to £33.000 + bonus + benefits
