The Design Assurance Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in the design controls process for MMS International. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while demonstrating exceptional written and oral communication skills. The design assurance systems analyst balances the requirements creation and support for each design project while also assessing future systems/solutions implementation.
Responsibilities
- Product Requirements Analysis (Systems): conducts the creation, modification and/or obsolescence of requirements, collaborates on User Needs, Specifications, and Requirements deliverable outputs, creates the Requirements Traceability Matrix
- Product Requirements Analysis (Test): creates the test module, verification/ validation test status tables, exports the tables into verification and validation plan and report
- Product Requirements New System implementation: assesses future state systems for use in requirements analysis, understands QMS template needs and QMS updates
- Change Control Coordinator (Change Analyst): acts as back up change control coordinator, managing change records and progress of change orders
- Effective Communication and Organisation: communicates and manages prioritisation of product requirements for multiple design projects, for both requirements management and test. Requires ability to work on multiple projects (sustaining and NPD) in parallel
Qualifications
- A relevant degree with a minimum of 3 years of quality experience
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, QSR and MDR is a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead the conversation with cross functional teams
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and work well under time restraints
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and the ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office β Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook
