B2B UKI Business Development Specialist – Kit Packing Join to apply for the B2B UKI Business Development Specialist – Kit Packing role at BD Job Summary As the Business Development Specialist, you will drive sustainable growth in the non-acute care segments, primarily focusing on the Kit Packing sector. You will also support other B2B segments such as Pharmaceutical and Clinical Trials, MedTech, Compounding, and Animal Health. The role involves segment-specific strategy deployment, account planning, and establishing strong business relationships with key decision-makers in the kit packing segment. Our Vision For Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS), providing products for injection, infusion therapy, regional anesthesia, and medication management. Main Responsibilities Deploy and implement strategies for the kit packing segment, including business development initiatives. Develop and lead UK-based kit packing customer accounts to maximize the full range of the MDS portfolio. Increase turnover with key accounts and expand the customer base. Convert opportunities into sales using the BDWoS Process in SFDC. Lead pricing strategies aligned with company objectives. Support long-term sales growth through multi-year contracts and partnerships. Share market insights within the B2B team. Ensure demand planning accuracy based on customer forecasts. Collaborate with regional sales managers on hospital and NHS tenders. Organize bi-annual business reviews with key accounts, setting and measuring KPIs. Build and maintain robust business relationships to meet customer needs. Coordinate resources to support supply, quality, regulatory, and product development needs. Communicate activities and market developments internally, including SFDC updates. Identify cross-business opportunities and define responsibilities with other BD units. Participate in sales planning, forecasting, and industry exhibitions. Maintain accurate client records in the database. Candidate Profile Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent, preferably in the medical sector. Proven experience in Medical Device sales, especially B2B, with a focus on value-added products. Experience in customer-facing sales and new business development within medical devices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Ability to influence without direct authority in a multicultural, matrixed environment.
