BD Talent has a fantastic client who operate in the FinTech sector. To say theyve been smashing it over the last 20 years is an understatement, theyve grown their turnover year on year, grown the team and now have their eyes set on the next phase of growth.
They want to become easily recognisable and trusted and to do that, they are launching a newly created brand identity.
The brand identity has been built on years of research and has been developed by an external agency partner.
Its now sitting there, ready to go, and what we need is someone with prior experience leading the roll out and activation of a rebrand from a hands-on, design perspective (this is not a marketing role, this is very much a design roll). xgikmsk
The role will focus on:
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to turn the brand strategy into scalable design systems, standout campaigns and creative platforms
- Youll strengthen brand equity and rollout the new brand everywhere across all customer journeys, all touchpoints, anywhere and everywhere they have a digital or offline presence
- Youll build on this brand identity, launching a mascot and giving it its very own voice, mannerisms etc. They want people to think of the company every time they see this character.
- Youll also lead a team of 3 and the studio developing processes, skills and ways of working
