BD Talent has partnered with a hugely forward thinking, multi-brand eCommerce company based in the heart of Stockport. They are looking to build out their brand partnerships team due to a massive amount of success and growth in that area.
This team works with the likes of Halfords, PureGym and charity partners such as the RNLI, putting together marketing campaigns and targeting their audiences with the aim of driving sales and providing mutually beneficial revenue streams.
The role will focus on building relationships with a variety of companies in the sports and leisure sector, whether that be retailers, big names in the fitness industry, hotel groups or well-loved charities.
The role will involve:
- Planning, coordinating and delivering digital marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, social media and a tiny bit of print.
- Working with internal teams, briefing into creative, sharing your campaign plans with the social team etc.
- Developing relationships with new and existing partners – this could involve face to face meetings, attending events and general account management.
- Monitoring campaign performance and feedback on commercial results to both the partner and senior leadership team.
- Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, you will outreach to new contacts and potential partners - LinkedIn and email both being a key tool for this.
The role overall will have three areas of focus: outreach and relationship building, coordination of partnership marketing campaigns and account management.
This is a relatively new area for the business, with this team having been created around 18 months ago now. You will get all the support, training and development you need from the Head of Partnerships, shadowing him initially and accompanying him to all meetings until you feel comfortable going out on your own.
You could be from a Digital Account Management background, an Affiliates background or, of course, a Partnerships background. If you have multi-channel digital marketing experience and you're able to juggle a few projects at once, we'd be keen to speak to you.
