Are you commercially minded, data led and love accelerating brands to the next level? Do you want to join a multi award winning brand consultancy who have produced some of the most visually attractive campaigns out there?

As well as all of that, you’ll get to work with a range of clients, from big names to budding start-ups, working closely with Founders, board members and their teams to uncover existing problems and devise a growth plan moving forward.

If you’ve ever been frustrated with doing the research and thinking ‘this is what we need to do’ or ‘there’s so much opportunity here’ but then you have to hand your findings over to a different team and you’d love the chance to execute your ideas and be involved from start to finish, maintaining ownership throughout this is that opportunity.

Here’s how the role would look:

  • Working directly with Founders, CEOs and Investors
  • Leading research to understand how their business works
  • Managing an internal project team to audit each marketing channel
  • Setting up market research sessions to see how the business is viewed
  • Using findings to formulate strategic recommendations
  • Working with the in-house creative team to bring ideas to life
  • Formulating a plan, with a focus on strategy, brand positioning and growth
  • Present your stellar plan back to the client, get buy in and make any necessary changes
  • Next up, implementation, briefing internal teams such as creative, design, development, client services and account management, eCommerce, SEO, PPC etc!
  • Oversee implementation and ensure budgets and agreed timescales are met.

This is the process for each project and client, and the above is the ‘service’ the consultancy sells, their product so to speak. Implementation may be done by the client’s internal team but you’ll still be overseeing this. You’ll also be running several projects like this concurrently, for clients across all different sectors, making it even more interesting.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially aware, insight and data driven and highly analytical. We’re open to a range of backgrounds and don’t expect someone with experience in all of the role focuses above. If you’ve worked within brand strategy, or as a Consultant to other businesses or even in the research sector.

Other bits to know:

  • This role is based in central Leeds and it’s likely you’ll need to be in the office 3 or 4 days a week – it’s a hybrid set up.
  • Salary is negotiable depending on experience, the above is a guideline
  • Benefits include a healthcare scheme, enhanced pension and 26 days annual leave

This is a fantastic role within a well-established Brand Consultancy who are smashing out results for a number of well-known names.
