Who we are looking for:

A senior level, experienced eCommerce Executive OR an eCommerce Manager. Someone who has broad experience across the 3 main pillars of eCommerce:

  • Systems and tech: having knowledge of eCommerce apps and platforms and being involved in migration or integration projects.
  • Digital marketing: understanding the different channels such as PPC and SEO and how they complement your eCommerce efforts, with enough digital knowledge to advise businesses on what they need to do to get results.
  • Trading experience: think P&L, product set ups, different marketplaces such as Amazon, daily trading and reporting.

The company:

An ever-growing, multi-award winning, full service agency, based out of ultra-modern offices in the very centre of Leeds. They offer hybrid working with a minimum requirement for two office days each week, they are a hop, skip and a jump from Leeds train station and they have a large benefits package which includes regular pay reviews and over 25 days of annual leave with the bank holidays on top.

The role will have two main areas of focus:

  • 60%: Firstly, the hands-on eCommerce side, working with clients to set a strategy and driving daily trade figures, banner changes, campaign-based landing pages, P&L management etc.
  • 40%: Secondly, acting as a consultant, doing full digital audits of businesses and advising Founders, CEOs and in-house eCommerce teams on highlighted growth opportunities. Working with different teams across the agency to look at all core digital marketing channels and the on-site user experience and producing a report to show the findings of all contributors. Advising on and managing any platform or app changes or required integrations alongside the agency's tech team.

We're looking for a senior eCommerce Executive who is ready to step up into the role of eCommerce Manager straight away, with their eyes set on further promotion to a Head of role in the near future.
