If you're looking for a hugely varied role, working with a range of clients, hands-on in some areas and more strategic in others, this could very much be it. BD Talent have partnered once more with a central Leeds based agency who are looking to hire someone with broad knowledge across the digital landscape.
The role will have three main areas of focus:
- eCommerce management: hands-on with day to day trading, P&L, merchandising, trading reports, email marketing, affiliates and devising the overall strategy.
- Identifying opportunities for growth: via auditing, reviewing marketing channel usage and results/ROI, then scoping out a new strategy and implementing recommendations.
- Website build project management: Ensuring deliverables, timescales and objectives are all met, budgets are maintained and adhered to. You'll act as the project owner, liaising between the client services team and the technical team to track and share progress.
You’ll work with 2 to 3 clients on the eCommerce side at any one time, the clients largely outsource this function to this agency so we are looking for someone who is confident individually managing all aspects with the support of the Digital Director. You’ll know how to optimise each website with product offers, banners and content changes and ideally you’ll have Klaviyo experience to further add to this with email marketing.
We're looking for someone with a broad knowledge of the digital channels, you'll be hands-on with some (email and affiliates) and work closely with internal teams (paid, search, social media etc) to devise a complete, holistic strategy based on audits, opportunity and maximising output. A strategic mindset and being able to see the big picture approach is going to be key here.
It's a great agency to join, they are multi award winning, work with a range of big names and SMEs, have great office space in the centre of Leeds and a fantastic reputation. It's a hybrid role with 2 or 3 office days each week, they are close to all public transport links and offer flexibility on hours of work. This is a key role for the business and a very good opportunity for anyone looking for variety, autonomy and skills development. It's a very collaborative environment and you'll be working alongside a passionate, friendly team. Apply now if you've got the experience above and this is something you want to be part of.
