Stockport Hybrid, 3 office days Up to £60,000. If you’re a senior level Brand and Creative Lead, I have a fantastic opportunity for you. With an ever-growing product portfolio and further acquisitions under their belt, my client is about to embark on their next phase of growth and that’s where you come in. We are looking for someone to play a defining role in making this brand the go-to name in their sector.

If you’re looking for a creative role where you can make a big impact and really develop a brand's identity, it doesn’t get bigger than this. My client is rebranding, and we’re looking for a Brand & Creative Lead to come in and head up the entire roll-out and implementation. Someone who can lead the company’s creative direction and bring the new branding to life across all marketing, digital and offline touchpoints - basically across everything visible to the public. This will include a new (very memorable) character/mascot - think Duo the Owl, The Duracell Bunny, Churchie, Aleksandr Orlov and his Meerkats, Tony the Tiger, Percy Pig etc!

The role is going to have four key areas of focus:

  • The roll-out, implementation and ongoing development of the new brand identity.
  • Defining brand guidelines and principles and ensuring the brand experience is reflected and championed across all touchpoints.
  • Owning the company-wide creative strategy, across brand, UX and the end-to-end customer journey - using data and insights to foster growth.
  • Leading the adoption of AI to improve processes and aid, not replace, creative output - for example, building out a prompt library to assist in repetitive tasks, freeing up time for the focus to be on bigger impact work.

Managing the creative team of three, as well as the studio's output as a whole, looking at processes, ways to improve efficiency and collaboration, and fostering the personal growth and development of each team member.

We’re looking for someone who has been there, done that and got the t-shirt - in other words, you’ve played a key role in helping another company achieve a stand-out brand identity and you’re ready to take on this big project and the responsibility for all creative output.

Benefits highlights:

  • Hybrid working, three office days required each week, Tuesday being an anchor day.
  • Flexible hours, 7.5 hour day with core hours of 10am to 4pm.
  • Central Stockport location with close proximity to public transport links and free, onsite parking.
  • 26 days annual leave plus the option to buy or sell a further 5 days.
  • A clear career path including quarterly objectives and annual reviews plus fully funded training and certifications.

If you’ve led a team, led the implementation of a rebrand and managed a creative studio - either client side or agency - please get in touch with your CV and portfolio ASAP, we’d love to talk to you and tell you more.
