We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our UCC team. In this ICB‑targeted role you will be responsible for new business development, strategic product commercialisation, and establishing centres of excellence and key opinion leader relationships. You will develop and execute commercial plans to enable successful roll‑outs and drive market expansion for our innovative Urinary Management Solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Segment and target key Integrated Care Board (ICB) leadership.
- Develop the BD UMS value proposition using business impact modelling, real‑world and clinical support data.
- Develop the BD ADDvantage® commercial solutions portfolio and engage it with ICB leadership.
- Collaborate and draw upon the UCC team to present a multidisciplinary value proposition.
- Serve as the figurehead for ScriptEasy™ and CobWeb™ direct‑to‑patient services in Homecare and develop these offerings in line with BDD ADDvantage® Value propositions.
- Collaborate with the BDI Strategic Business Management team and BDX Strategic Account Management.
- Help set and achieve stretch commercial growth targets.
- Maintain commercial discipline with SFDC and champion commercial excellence.
- Inform the business of the changing NHS landscape and evolving NHS care‑pathway decisions.
- Ensure at least 50% mobility across the UK.
About You
- Hungry for success, natural engager and communicator with NHS decision makers.
- Proven experience in the continence and/or medical‑device/home‑care industry or clinical/market‑development experience (5+ years).
- A degree in a life‑science field (or equivalent) or strong experience in the medical‑device industry.
- Strong team player with high ethics, available for UK travel, and talent for medical‑device commercialisation.
- Experienced senior engagement, leadership and influencing skills for all business levels and the continence market.
- Proficiency in IT tools: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, SFDC for business analysis and reporting.
- Ability to analyse market and sales trends relative to the product portfolio.
- Experience working with ICB leaders and decision makers.
- At least 50% mobility across the country.
Location GBR – Winnersh, Eskdale Road.
Salary Range Information £57,400.00 – £87,550.00 GBP annual.
