As National Sales Leader, UK & Ireland – Hospital Automation you will guide the Hospital Automation sales organisation across the UK and Ireland, shaping commercial direction and driving sustainable growth. The position leads a team focused on strengthening market presence, elevating customer value and advancing long‑term success through clear planning, hands‑on coaching and actionable insights. As a member of the UKI leadership team, this role helps shape strategy in partnership with Marketing, Clinical and Business Development colleagues.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading and developing a team of approximately 10 sales professionals serving NHS, private and corporate customers
- Delivering annual revenue targets and managing a portfolio valued between $10m and $20m
- Building and executing practical go‑to‑market plans and multi‑year business strategies
- Guiding sales execution to accelerate growth and performance on priority products
- Driving strong analytics, reporting disciplines and accurate forecasting across all planning cycles
- Providing regular field support to coach team members and promote continuous improvement
- Reviewing and shaping commercial processes, including pricing, contracts, tenders and customer engagement approaches
- Overseeing all people management activities, including development planning, performance reviews and administrative requirements
About You:
- Experienced in leading people within a commercial environment, ideally with exposure to the UK healthcare sector
- Skilled in navigating NHS and healthcare procurement processes, with strong working knowledge of commercial terms
- Confident in capital equipment selling or keen to apply relevant experience to this space
- Proven in driving team‑based sales success and proficient in the use of CRM tools such as SFDC
- Comfortable working across varied sales channels, including direct, digital and distributor models
- Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience
