This position plays a central role in shaping the commercial success of a broad and essential medical supplies portfolio that supports everyday healthcare delivery in the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. The role is responsible for leading the marketing strategy in alignment with global and regional direction, ensuring that the portfolio delivers strong and sustainable value across all channels. You will oversee the entire product life cycle, support commercial planning, and guide go‑to‑market activities that strengthen competitiveness. The role involves frequent office presence and travelling up to 30‑40%.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Drive the development and implementation of the portfolio strategy in line with global and regional direction as well as local business priorities.
- Oversee the full product life cycle, including commercialisation, registration requests, performance tracking, and discontinuation.
- Build a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor insights to inform decision‑making.
- Work collaboratively with marketing leadership and hub teams to shape marketing and strategic plans.
- Define compelling value propositions and portfolio strategies across customer segments and channels.
- Develop locally relevant marketing content and resources that strengthen commercial success, including tender‑related materials.
- Ensure effective tools and approaches are in place to support customer engagement and sales excellence.
- Deliver portfolio training and provide pricing guidance that aligns with global and regional frameworks.
About You:
- Extensive marketing or product management experience within MedTech, supported by strong technical marketing expertise.
- Strong ability to influence across a complex organisation through effective relationships and communication.
- International exposure or experience operating within multi‑country environments.
- Hands‑on, proactive working style with the ability to take ownership and adapt approaches in a fast‑paced, high‑volume portfolio environment.
