Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead focused process improvement initiatives to ensure positive system hospital adoption of processes and products, demonstrating improved patient outcomes.
  • Serve as an expert resource to both internal and external collaborators, providing critical input based on direct clinician interactions and relationships.
  • Partner with leadership to develop strategies and drive the utilisation of multiple program initiatives across different hospital systems.
  • Research data, collaborate with data experts, set strategies for important measures, and present findings to interested parties.
  • Continuously improve training curriculum, materials, and tools, aligning with clinical trials, BD guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Manage and perform other incidental duties as assigned.
