BD Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative for a 12-month fixed-term contract at The Cube, London East, Dagenham. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across our estate, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and general fabric maintenance.
You will perform inspections, document work, support health and safety compliance, and assist with contractors while ensuring high standards of presentation and minimal disruption to occupants.
