The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are currently looking for experienced professional multi-skilled plasterers with proven experience tiling, to join our damp and mould specialist taskforce who can undertake a range of trade activities for our key clients within both occupied residential and commercial properties.

The role will involve travel to sites within and around the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham contract, as such a full clean UK driving licence is required.

Primary trade/skills sought are tiling, plastering, professional painting & decorating, minor electricals.

Qualifications

  • NVQ level 2 in plastering.

Experience

  • Experience of working in occupied properties within a repairs/disrepair environment in a commercial setting.
  • Experience of working on damp and mould repair projects.

Skills and Abilities

  • Skilled in Plastering with proven track record.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build positive working relationships with a range of clients, contractors and employees.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and good attention to detail.
  • Good time management with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Full UK Driving Licence – driving required for the role.

A van and fuel card will be provided.

Understanding of and ability to adhere to ‘face fitting’ requirement and use of appropriate PPE.
