The Commercial Administrator will provide effective and accurate administrative support to the Commercial team, supporting the delivery of housing services, repairs and maintenance, facilities, and related contracted services.
The role will be responsible for:
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing commercial quotes
- Supporting subcontractor payment and application processes
- Maintaining accurate commercial records
- Assisting with general contract administration
