We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Damage Assessor from either bodyshop or accident repair background, to join our growing client with fantastic facilities. All in-house work – no insurance companies to deal with, and no customers! The VDA position for this site is a very important role, and an immediate start is on offer for the right candidate. You will be working in a team of 5+ appraisal staff. All cars are under 5 years and have no medium to large accident damage.

Job Details

  • Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the full extent of the damage sustained.
  • Assess the cost of repair and time scales.
  • Identify the correct prescribed repair method.
  • Prepare computerised and manual estimates and to accurately record these, maintaining up-to-date records of all estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure understanding of correct vehicle repair methodology.

Hours: 40.00 a week – Permanent job. Salary around £28,000 or £13.42 per hour. Monday–Friday.
