Position: Project Coordinator Administrator
Location: London / Remote
Salary: £25000- £38000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Ensuring completion of projects both on-time and within budget
- Helping to run small projects
- Scheduling resources to perform works
- Entering project data onto computer systems e.g. contract details, work in progress etc
Qualifications
- Well-organised and able to work in a structured way
- Numerate and literate
- Able to organise both internal engineers and external sub-contractors
- Proven skills with MS Excel
- Commercially aware
- Familiarity with Autotask would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong personality, good communication skills
- Qualified with good GSCE grades
