You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and encouraged to progress your career.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Probate Solicitor, you will: Manage a caseload of probate and estate administration matters Advise on wills, inheritance tax planning, trusts, and LPAs Handle both taxable and non-taxable estates, including complex or high-value matters Draft legal documents accurately and clearly Register and manage Lasting Powers of Attorney Maintain high levels of client care and compliance Supervise junior staff and support their development Contribute to business development and networking What We're Looking For Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5 years' PQE Strong technical knowledge of estate administration and inheritance tax Able to work independently and as part of a team Clear communication and client-care skills Commercial awareness and interest in practice growth Mentoring/supervisory experience a plus STEP qualification desirable (support available)Why Join This Firm?This isn't just another legal job.
