Can you demonstrate a proven track record leading Customer Onboarding and Customer Success within the SaaS space? Our client is an established SME with ambitious growth plans. You will need to be commercially astute, innovative in approach and to excel in both customer experience and implementing best in class operational delivery models.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the service delivery. You and your team will be accountable for the successful onboarding, transition, overall operational efficiency, resource management, day-to-day ongoing management and continuous improvement of the service delivery.

You will oversee the seamless transition of services, drive business growth through customer development, and champion continuous improvement. This position is critical to ensuring high-quality service delivery, expanding business opportunities, and fostering innovation to meet evolving customer needs.

In return for your efforts our client offers an attractive remuneration package which includes car allowance and family private medical cover. You will need to demonstrate a successful track record operating as Director or Head of Service Delivery and be located within an easy commute of North West England to support a Hybrid working model, with flexibility to travel to client sites within the UK on an ad-hoc basis to meet specific business needs.
