What You’ll Be Doing
- Polishing freshly painted vehicles to a high standard
- Identifying and removing defects such as paint runs, silicon contamination, and minor imperfections
- Carrying out flatting and polishing using handheld tools with confidence and precision
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing team in a state-of-the-art Bodyshop
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a high-volume Bodyshop or refurbishment centre
- Strong knowledge of rectification and polishing techniques, tools, and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, consistent, and able to work efficiently under pressure
