What You’ll Be Doing

  • Polishing freshly painted vehicles to a high standard
  • Identifying and removing defects such as paint runs, silicon contamination, and minor imperfections
  • Carrying out flatting and polishing using handheld tools with confidence and precision
  • Working collaboratively within a high-performing team in a state-of-the-art Bodyshop

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a high-volume Bodyshop or refurbishment centre
  • Strong knowledge of rectification and polishing techniques, tools, and materials
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to work efficiently under pressure
