Overview
ORDER PROCESSING /DESPATCH EXECUTIVE
You will be joining our established Clients professional and friendly team – supporting their order and customer service side offering a fast accurate response to orders. Salary £29K to £30K plus up to £1K bonus. Hours 8.30am to 4.30pm (flexible). Standard holidays. (car owner/driver due to location)
Responsibilities
- Order Processing and Despatch: Taking or receiving an order from the sales team and processing it through to delivery and submission of invoices.
- Liaising with suppliers to produce visual proofs, ensuring clients’ logos are used properly, and obtaining client sign-off.
- Undertaking basic artwork and checking that client logos are correctly formatted.
- Coordinating steps to ensure products are printed correctly and that suppliers can deliver on time to the client.
- Ensuring product quality; in the event of a client complaint or question, liaising with suppliers to resolve issues related to design, print quality, quantity, packing and product quality.
- Managing client stock, including restocks, picking/packing stock orders and arranging despatch of these orders.

- Highly organised and able to cope with a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay focused.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate and interact at all levels of business.
- Comfortable working in an open plan office and busy environment.
Other Office Tasks
- Analysis/improvement of customer experience and collating/obtaining Google reviews if required.
- Contributing to growth by improving efficiencies and making the customer experience as seamless as possible.
- Provide holiday cover for other members of the order processing team.
- Assisting with collating and assembling packs and other tasks as required.
