We're offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and qualified Diagnostic Technician to join our high-performing aftersales team. You'll work in a progressive workshop environment with state-of-the-art facilities, a supportive team, and ongoing manufacturer training to keep you at the top of your game. You can progress to Master Technician at this top 10 UK Business.

Basic Salary of Circa £37,500 Plus a Bonus taking you to £48,000+. Good Working Hours and Days, and only one in 3 Saturdays (if minimum efficiency is hit).

The Role

  • Carry out a wide range of service, diagnostic, warranty, and repair work to the highest standards, including:
  • Complex vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding
  • Warranty repairs and routine servicing
  • EV work (if qualified) and hydraulic repairs
  • Using advanced diagnostic tools and software to resolve hard-to-find issues
  • Working in line with the manufacturer and safety standards
  • Supporting and mentoring Apprentice Technicians where required

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Technology / Light Vehicle Maintenance (IMI or City Guilds, or equivalent)
  • A recognised diagnostic qualification is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician
  • Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety and quality
  • Interest in ongoing training and career progression
