Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies and practices. This position will also interact with the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales and expenditure within area and ensure that agreed budgets and targets are achieved.
  • Ensure that all operating and service standards are achieved and maintained.
  • Allocate and deploy staff, so that all areas are adequately covered at all times.
  • Ensure that all staff are fully trained and competent within their job role.
  • Oversee customer service departments and assess that they are meeting customer satisfaction goals.
  • Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation.
  • Communicate information to the departments filtered for management.
  • Development of individual program budgets.
  • Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
  • Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.
  • Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
  • Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

  • Strong background and work experience in Operations.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
  • Persuasive with details and facts.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
