Position: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Remote

Salary: £25,000- £30,000 depending on experience

Due to the organic business growth in recent years for one of our key clients, they are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer.

The Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting, configuring and deploying Windows 7/10
  • Supporting Microsoft Office 2013
  • Proactively working to improve internal processes
  • Identifying potential problems and issues on customer sites
  • Identification of potential opportunities to replace or implement new solutions

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Very good English communication skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT helpdesk support
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated, well organised
  • Good IP networking skills
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Windows system and software related issues
  • Printer setup, management and driver configurations
