Overview

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the Senior Management Team, dealing with complex administrative tasks.
  • Project management as required, ensuring business objectives are on track to achieve optimum outcomes.
  • Attending internal and external meetings, preparing meeting packs, agendas, producing minutes and recording meeting actions, tracking actions across the wider team, using discretion as required.
  • Facilitating meetings, including co-ordination and creation of agendas, meeting papers, and taking accurate minutes.
  • Assisting with the day to day running of the Admin Support office and being a point of contact.
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
  • Taking dictation and minutes.

Personal Attributes:

  • Significant experience working in an administrative role in a diverse organisation.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to engage and communicate with Directors.
  • Experience of meeting coordination, agenda creation and providing timely and accurate minutes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
