Our client is a specialist software provider, looking for a Customer Support Executive to act as the first point of contact for customers. This role suits someone customer-focused with strong communication skills and an interest in working within a tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Triage inbound support tickets and route to the correct technical teams
- Answer inbound customer calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Provide clear, professional customer communication
- Log and document customer interactions accurately
- Support customers with general software-related queries
Qualifications
Essential:
- Customer service or support/helpdesk experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong telephone manner
- Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
Desirable:
- CRM or telephony system experience
- SQL, reporting tools, or XML knowledge
- Second language (German, Spanish, or French)
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Aircall is a plus
